The controversial “heartbeat” abortion ban is one of the most restrictive laws in the United States
Linda Joyce If they ban abortion then they should be banning the death penalty too. Either you are pro life or you are not. Also, if the woman wants an abortion and is not allowed then it should be the father or the state that has to pay for maternity and birth costs and then pay for and look after it full time.



Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp on Tuesday signed into law one of the United States' strictest abortion laws, which bars most pregnancy terminations when a fetal heartbeat can be heard.
