Three fascists killed a gay man in Saxony, eastern Germany, at the end of a 20-minute planned assault. They had been listening to far-right bands and one had a swastika tattoo. But the judge did not accept that they were motivated by homophobia and they have been convicted of manslaughter, not murder.
