At least 70 people died in coordinated attacks in Balochistan, southwest Pakistan, on Monday in assault claimed by the BLA, the Balochistan Liberation Army, raising questions about the deteriorating security situation in the province as it struggles with a pro-independence insurgency and Islamist armed groups.
