It’s possible that I shall make an ass of myself. But in that case one can always get out of it with a little dialectic. I have, of course, so worded my proposition as to be right either way (K.Marx, Letter to F.Engels on the Indian Mutiny)

Monte Gone
Well our favorite insider blogger, Conservative MP Monte Solberg has left the blogosphere to take up residence in Ottawa as the new minister of Citizenship and Immigration.
A fitting position considering that Tysons has its plant in his riding and they rely heavily on immigrant labour. Though during the whole Tyson strike he never spoke out about their exploitation of immigrant labour nor did he blog on it.
So really I think he could have kept on blogging since all he ever did was promote Tim Hortons and a bad attitude towards Canada's First Nations.

Monte's one of the few capable ministers in this new cabinet.

Hey I have said nice things about Monte and I have criticised him when he needs it which is often. As for capable, well he certainly didn't show that when it came to pricing the Tories election promises. Heh heh. For Monte stories just type in Monte Solberg in the Blog search or Technocrati search. I have been Fair and Balanced.

And here is a nice post I did on Monte and Antonia Zerbias and I agreed that Monte should have been the official Conservative blogger for the election since he hardly had to campaign in his riding and he had the time.
