Film captures the loss of black San Franciscans
SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Actor Jimmie Fails draws from his own story in his portrayal of a young black man navigating a shifting racial landscape in "The Last Black Man in San Francisco." 

Rising costs and redevelopment have driven out thousands of black households in San Francisco. A new film “The Last Black Man in San Francisco,” explores that shifting racial landscape through the eyes of a native who doesn’t recognize his city.
