On the F1rst Hamilton Strike...Most Credit Unions bend over backwards to make the workplace good for their employees. Many like Windsor, Envision,C apital Savings have won Best Places to Work awards. Credit Unions are NOT about win-lose but making life better for everyone involved, members, staff, etc. Lahey is out of step with the movement.
Most Credit Unions do so because they are not unionized, are small and want to keep the union out.
