Oath to Support the Constitution: Us Constitution, Article VI, Clause 3
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
Let us ask, who in the government has been betraying this oath?
The 1st Amendment
The First Amendment provides several rights protections: to express ideas through speech and the press, to assemble or gather with a group to protest or for other reasons, and to ask the government to fix problems. It also protects the right to religious beliefs and practices. It prevents the government from creating or favoring a religion.
Who has betrayed the Constitution and their oath and allowed the arrest, imprisonment, and deportation of so many for their speech, for their opinions, and for peaceful demonstrations?
The 4th Amendment
The Fourth Amendment bars the government from unreasonable search and seizure of an individual or their private property.
Who has betrayed the Constitution and their oath and allowed the Secret ICE police to violently search and seize individuals across the country?
The 5th Amendment
The people have the right against self-incrimination and cannot be imprisoned without due process of law (fair procedures and trials).
Who has betrayed the Constitution and legitimized the violent seizure and kidnapping of citizens and non-citizens alike and their imprisonment and death in concentration camps without due process of the law?
The 6th Amendment
The Sixth Amendment provides additional protections to people accused of crimes, such as the right to a speedy and public trial, trial by an impartial jury in criminal cases, and to be informed of criminal charges. Witnesses must face the accused, and the accused is allowed his or her own witnesses and to be represented by a lawyer.
Who has condoned the violation of the right to be informed of criminal charges and the right to a lawyer after being kidnapped and imprisoned?
The 8th Amendment
The Eighth Amendment bars excessive bail and fines and cruel and unusual punishment.
Who has betrayed the Eighth Amendment and allowed the deaths and brutal treatment of thousands across the country by the Secret ICE police?
The 14th Amendment
Ratified in 1868, the Fourteenth Amendment is a cornerstone of American civil rights, defining citizenship (birthright citizenship), guaranteeing due process and equal protection of the laws to all citizens, and holding states accountable for protecting these rights.
Who has placed the president above the law, violating the 14th Amendment that states that all are equal under the law?
Who now who is allowing ICE to commit murder in cold blood on the streets of America and face no criminal charges?Who is now threatening to violate the right to citizenship and betray the 14th Amendment by stripping away citizenship?
A General Strike can restore Constitutional Rights and Abolish the ICE Secret Police
The people, the vast majority, have the power to halt the police state by taking matters into their own hands and using the historic power tool of the working class. History has shown that governments respond to the mighty power of the general strike.
Frederick Douglass was correct when he said, “Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did, and it never will.”1
