- Joseph Rosenbaum was convicted of having sex with a minor in Arizona in 2002
- Kimberley Motley, an attorney representing Rosenbaum's estate, rejected Richards' theory and said that Rittenhouse was the aggressor
- Rittenhouse will go on trial on November 1 in Wisconsin
