BEFORE YOU ACT SHOCKED, BECAUSE IN ALBERTA WE HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR DECADES, MANITOBA DOES NOT RECYCLE EITHER; SO SCOTLAND IS AHEAD OF THEM TOO
The rest of the UK is urged to adopt the recycling model too

 NOT JUST ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE BUT IT PROVIDES INCOME
FOR STREET PEOPLE AS WELL AS THE AVERAGE PERSON AT LEAST IT 
PAYS FOR THE GAS TO THE RECYCLE STATION
