A resident of Moscow with a disability was arrested for ten days for writing "No to war" in the snow, according to the Caution, News telegram channel.
Dmitry Fyodorov was detained by the police in the center of the capital at the exit from Gorky Park, where he came to skate. He made the inscription "No to war" with his finger on the snow-covered turnstile.
As a result, administrative protocols for discrediting the Russian army and disobeying the police were left on him, although Fedorov states that he went with the police to the department voluntarily.
In addition, he proved in court that he had the status of a disabled person of the 3rd group, but this did not affect the punishment.
