The report said nearly two million children had entered the sex trade, 5.7 million were sold into slavery and 1.2 million were trafficked each yearThe report said over half of the births in the developing world - apart from China - are not registered, meaning they are not recognised as citizens.
Without registered identity, they are unable to receive education, decent health care and other services. If they do not officially exist, it also means traffickers can make them "disappear" without fear of retribution.

Those are rather sad stats, but the suggestion the Conservatives are aiming for this scenario seems a little over the top.
Of course such a suggestion is over the top, Teddy, Eugene's like that. Consder the "Libertarian Communist" concept for example, an oxymoron that makes about as much sense as "solid vapor".
oxymoron like free market capitalism. Well Vit, it means anarchist, since a bunch of neo-republicans stole the term libertarian from us, originally used by Italian anarchists, we have to define ourselves in realtion to liberaltarians, libertarian capitalists, etc.etc.etc.
And no its not over the top. In fact missing children not registered is a major problem in the UK who are whisked out of the country by 'parents' in African counries to work as slaves.
But hey I gotcha...to read it....and maybe we can all pause and consider the social ramification of this instead of navel gazing over the election....
You seem to be confusing anarcho-capitalism with free market capitalism, but I agree that anarcho-capitalism is just as oxymoronic as anachro-syndicalism. The problem, Eugene, is that based on my persual of Le Revue Gauche you seem to favour anarcho-syndicalism, which like anarcho-capitalism is actually anti-libertarian. About the only thing anarchists are good for is target practice.
Also, my understanding is that the word libertarian was stolen from its classic use by French anarchists, not Italian, in 1857. One thing is clear though: anarchists who call themselves libertarians are liars.
Finally, I'm a little confused about your changing my name. Would you like me to call you Eug? I'll certainly try to remember that if you would prefer.
anti-libertrain are you nutz...since you support capitalism, you should recognize that its historical development was based on the creation of the very state you claim to oppose. The State is a creature of capitalism. So if you are a libertarian, or any kind of anti-statist you can't support capitalism. On the other hand you may be a classical liberal, ala Mills and Smith...but even they were critics of unbridled capitalism....As for target practice you sound like Trotsky....
