You're final comment is completely ridiculous (unless your tongue is in your cheek). Conflicting testimony by witnesses is well known to occur. Since you were not there how can you even come to a judgement?
Well I wasn't in England either and all I had to do was wait for the Truth to come out that when you have a shoot to kill policy or attitude people well get killed....and sometimes they are innocent.
