Liberal Leader Stephane Dion will be in Edmonton today.
NDP Leader Jack Layton will be in Edmonton next Friday
And still no sign of PM Stephen Harper.
The guy takes Redmonton and Alberta for granted.
Which is a mistake, and that might be a good thing.

Okay, let's go over this real slow, like I'm a congenital idiot or something.
You're saying that if Dion goes to Edmonton, and Layton goes to Edmonton, then Harper should immediately go to Edmonton, even though there's nothing particulary special going on in Edmonton right now?
You're taking a coincidence in scheduling, and declaring that to be a sign of neglect by Harper?
What am I missing here?
If Harper ran out to Alberta every other weekend, as you suggest he do Eugene, then people of your ideolgical persuasion in Central Canada will then bring out the hidden agenda crap, saying he wants to turn all of Canada into Alberta, blah blah blah, you know the deal.
Harper just can't seem to win w/ some people
I'm saying he has made his new home 24 Sussex Drive and we ain't seen him out here at all. Not even for one of his token announcements. Guess we will just have to wait till they open the new National Portrait Gallery in his riding for him to appear. What I am saying is that he is taking Alberta for granted, that it will remain true Tory blue...and that is his big mistake. But shhh don't tell him.
Layton's actually coming next FRIDAY. :-)
Opps I was counting on my fingers so I have corrected the article thanks.
What you fail to mention is that Jack Layton postponed his Edmonton trip by a week. Seems that whining about global warming in -40C temps is not such a good photo op for smilin Jack.
Anonmyass maybe he postponed it so he wouldn't take away from Dion. And we are still waiting to see King Harper show his face around here.
