Still Waiting

I challenged the politically bankrupt moralists who are blogbursting about abortion at The Canadian Blog Exchange. And I am still waiting for an answer to my questions. See my article; Pro Life?

Of course they don't want to debate they just want to repeat over and over again that abortion is murder. Well folks it ain't. It's birth control. And until we have open public sex education and access to all forms of birth control, for both men and women, including the morning after pill, we will continue to have abortion.

These moralist cretins who oppose abortion, oppose birth control and public sex education. And of course they oppose a womens right to choose which they define correctly as feminism, which they rabidly hate.

For all their moral indignation over abortion they are guilty of a far worse crime; their ideology is the very reason women are forced to commit infanticide.

I didn't see your first challenge because normally I ignore your blog. It takes forever to load.

You want to a challenge? Meet me at Free Dominion. I'm game to challenge your anti-fetus bigotry. I definitively want to expose the left's hate of the unborn child.

And no woman is "forced" to commit infanticide.

Anti-fetus bigotry...oh please...what tripe...what are you a womb in the waiting...your efforts would be better spent helping living children who are suffering and dying daily.

Hi eugene:

I applaud you for taking a stand, but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for these intellectually-deprived anti-abortion imbeciles to respond in any meaningful way. When they use ridiculous hyperbole like "anti-fetus bigotry" and "the left's hate of the unborn child", you know they're so far off the deep end as to preclude any intelligent debate.

But good on you for trying.

It's a red flag, pardon the pun, I wave against the bull headed moralists who if they bothered to read a book about church history would recognize the cosmic irony that their position is that of the Manichean and Cathar heretics and is deeply imbued with Gnostic dualism.
That being said, their real agenda has nothing to do with saving children but with saving their tired old Christian morality. They sigh for the days when the Church ruled and we could all be burnt at the stake for opposing it.

Yeah, and equality was tripe to the White Supremacists and the Nazis. Fetuses are human beings and deserve equality, too. It's only with the inauguration of social liberalism their legal protection was taken away.

You don't think my children in the womb were equals? You're a bigot.

what are you a womb in the waiting

A human being. Take a look at 4D ultra sounds. That's not a "blob of cells", contrary to pro-abort propaganda. That oft-cited lie was blown out of the water with the advent of the internet and the perpetuation of fetal imagery.

The humanity of the fetus as a scientific fact is also slowly making headway. Only the ignorant don't admit it. Even abortion providers and feminists understand the fetus is a human being by every law of science.

It's only the pro-aborts who persist with the anti-scientific belief he is not a fetus.

The sociological humanity of the fetus is also a fact. Mothers treat their unborns like children. So OB-GYN's. The only time they are not is when they're aborted or the victim of crime.

The bigotry against the unborn child must stop. And I am certain one day unborn children will have Charter Rights in this country. They are the least protected minority in this country.

your efforts would be better spent helping living children who are suffering and dying daily.

What ignorance. Fetuses ARE ALIVE. Get that? It's a scientific fact. Learn some science!

Fetuses have no rights because of the likes of you.

I wave against the bull headed moralists who if they bothered to read a book about church history would recognize the cosmic irony that their position is that of the Manichean and Cathar heretics and is deeply imbued with Gnostic dualism.

Church history is my hobby. I have a BA in history. Check out the Timeline I'm working on.

The fetal rights outlook is not dualistic, as we recognize that the biological humanity of the unborn child implies his spiritual humanity.

The racists used to use all kinds of arbitrary reasonings to say people of colour were not human. The same is done to unborn children. And many social liberals know it. Some are now reduced to arguing that a woman can kill an innocent human being because he's an "unjust aggressor", as if an unborn baby were about to slit their throat.

That being said, their real agenda has nothing to do with saving children but with saving their tired old Christian morality.

Human rights is Christian morality. I'd strongly prefer Christian morality to the morality of killing innocent human beings and denying their humanity in the face of scientific and sociological facts.

The reason for abortion is this: feminist supremacy. That is all. The mother is stronger than the child, the child is an inconvenience, therefore she can kill him. That's the morality you espouse.

And you want a debate? Come on down to Free Dominion if you're game. You want to tell pro-lifers they're moral cretins? Come to a target rich environment. You want a debate, you'll get one there-- if you're serious about debating pro-lifers.

They sigh for the days when the Church ruled and we could all be burnt at the stake for opposing it.

As a matter of fact, no we are not. You're simply using baseless fearmongering because that's the only tool you have. The facts fly in the face of pro-abortion propaganda.

For someone so interested in challenging others to debate, you are remarkably absent from it. Here's your sole response, which is condescending and dismissive:

Anti-fetus bigotry...oh please...what tripe...what are you a womb in the waiting...your efforts would be better spent helping living children who are suffering and dying daily.

Suzanne has had the last word at both your posts, with very thoughtful contributions (although I may happen to disagree with them) and you haven't countered any of her opinions with reasonable arguments.

And you're shocked that people ignore you.

Suzzanne your argument that the fetus is alive is falacious. My finger is alive, if it gets diseased I may have to remove it.

People in vegetative comas are alive, that does not mean they are independent human beings. They would not survive if we did not have the medical science to allow them to survive.

Feminisim did not create abortion, abortion has been practiced by women since the dawn of time.

I am still waiting for a male birth control pill, but that won't happen because we would rather use women as guinea pigs then men, because we live in a patriarchy.

Fetusal rights are an illusion, you are premepting the rights of the mother, the woman who carries the fetus to gestation.

Typical of church thinking women are breeders, the highest level of womens achievement is to breed. No other job or career is as important. That I think is called sexism and chavinism.

Why do I want to debate people you already have made up their minds, and have yet to anwser my question do you support birth control and publicly delivered sex education?

Olaf you may think Suzzane is reasonable even if you disagree with her. Fine I am troubled that she and here anti-feminist gang have created an overwhelming blogburst of their views, with no attempt at debate, at the Canadian Blog Exchange.

I consider that an assualt on reason.
Which is why I posted my challenge. And I am still waiting to hear back on my issues, not hers.

For instance sh has yet to explain her acceptance of a Gnostic Heresy as the basis of her blief that the fetus has a soul.

I responded on my own blog Mr. Plawiuk.

I am not morally or politically bankrupt but you are free to draw those conclusions. Thankfully it is more professional and progressive language than "cunt" or "slut" which are the terms used by other progressive men to describe women who disagree with them.

I agree with you that abortion is not going to be gone tomorrow and success with eliminating abortion has been elusive. That won't change overnight.

I do want to be clear that I do not oppose birth control. I am not in favour of any laws that prevent birth control. My own decisions about birth control don't need to be made by a nation.

I would not be in favour of my children learning about human sexuality through a person barely known to me in the public school system. If other parents want to use that venue I would have no objection although I think it should be done by a parent in the family home.

I am against capital punishment although it doesn't capture my time in the same way because it's not legal in Canada.

Here is my response in greater depth

http://haileysthreelittleangels.blogspot.com/2006/10/response-to-le-revue-gauche.html

I am surprised you see the low response as being about ignoring a specific article you posted. Most prolife people aren't going to follow your blog.
