I'm waiting for the thrift store special. You lucky Canadian, Mother Laura! will be in Vancouver in Nov. She'll probably buy Canada. She's busy around here, it's near election time. I live 5 minutes from her, she's having an awful local influence. Although this area is not of her ilk, we want it to remain "dr" laura-free zone. WARN YOUR PEOPLE. Re: Voodoo Doll Hi Eugene, "dr" laura is famous for her past mistakes. Canadians seem to be more aware than many Americans. I woke up this morning to a blog about the Santa Barbara News-Press and Wendy McCaw, (where Laura writes a column). They both practice the same intimidation tactics and halt others free speech. I'll send this blog http://blogabarbara.blogspot.com/2006/10/np-workplace-violence-injunction.html . It's more than "dr" laura. Prehaps you know activists in Vancouver who are investigating and keeping up to date with her. There is so much more than her intolerance. She is "making nice", in her way, to gays. She works in controled situations. I've heard she's even paid people to protest. Without controversy she's not going to generate money. If the radical right knew what a phony they wouldn't support her. Once they're hooked, it's like Judy Dunkle at Towson U in Maryland said "If you're going to criticize Dr. Laura, that's like criticizing God. She just believes in what is right and just. That doesn't make her hateful." Thank you, Lol
