This video is a recording of a live discussion between Richard Wolff and Yanis Varoufakis about the crisis of the petrodollar. The goal of this session was to gain a better understanding of what medium and long-term impacts might look like if there is a shift away from the Petrodollar, as well as what that would mean for American hegemony. It was moderated by Professor Shahram Azhar and Mike Tedesco, and produced in collaboration with Democracy at Work as part of The Left Education Project.
